I cannot recommend L&L Roofing and the owner, Luke, highly enough. This is actually the second time I have used them, and both experiences were absolutely outstanding.
My first experience with L&L Roofing was after our roof sustained wind damage. Luke was fast, on time, and completely honest—he only did the repairs that were absolutely necessary. During both that repair and our recent full replacement, Luke engaged with us quickly and made sure all the fixes were completed before any rain could hit our home. Truly amazing service recovery.
When it came time to replace the full roof, Luke consulted with us multiple times to ensure we got exactly what we needed. He personally brought out shingle samples and laid them out on the roof so my wife could see how they actually looked in the light. Because our home experiences strong off-lake winds, Luke expertly advised us on the proper high-quality shingles to resist the wind. This gives us total peace of mind that this roof will actually last its expected lifespan, unlike the original builder-grade roof.
To top it all off, Luke credited the cost of our initial repair work toward the price of the full roof replacement. The crew worked efficiently with as little disturbance to our daily life as possible. The shingles went on in just one day, the gutter guards were installed the very next day, and they did an excellent job cleaning up the yard afterward.

I can’t say enough good things about L&L Roofing!  This was the second time that they have performed miracles at my house! First time was a tough small job to replace a roof on my Pergola, but this second time was the full Monty!! Re-roofed my entire house, replaced three dormer windows, and replaced a ton of rotten wood around those dormers, and carpenter bee chewed up facia boards around the house!! I believe that two days were allotted, however the weather did not cooperate, so they muscled up and completed job in only one day!! If you’re looking for a roofing company you can truly trust, I cannot recommend L&L Roofing highly enough. We purchased a mountain home built in 2003 that was due for a new roof because of its age, and after having such a great experience with Luke previously on our cabin on Yonah Mountain, he was my first call.

From the beginning, the experience was outstanding. The quote was fair, accurate, and transparent with no surprises. The crew’s speed and efficiency were honestly impressive — they tore off the old roof in just a few hours and had the new roof completed by the following evening without sacrificing quality.

What really stood out was the attention to detail and professionalism. They completely surrounded the house with tarps to catch debris and nails during the tear-off, then performed a thorough magnet sweep afterward. You could tell they genuinely cared about protecting the property, not just finishing the job quickly.

We also decided to add metal roofing over the entryway and front gables, and it completely transformed the look of the home while still staying within budget. The end result exceeded our expectations and gave the house an entirely new level of curb appeal.

Apparently my roof was not installed right when I built the house in 2020. It had been slowly leaking for 5 years in the attic to no ones knowledge. Luke gave me a price upon consultation. He fixed the roof; however each time a heavy rain came it continued to leak increasing in size.  It took some time but he fixed the problem.  He was consistent and prompt. All to no price increase. While in the process of buying a house, the initial general inspection report shows concerns in the roof area  And so I asked Lucas to conduct a more specific inspection on the roof and he noticed various problems.  Lucas sent videos to show where the problems were.  We were able to request the seller to repair the roof based on Lucas's inspection results.  Then Lucas did a 2nd inspection after the repairs were done by the seller's roofer.  But he still found issues not addressed.  Lucas ended up completing the final repairs for us.  Thank you Lucas for working with us throughout the process and ultimately finishing the repairs.  Thank you.
